The cheapest countries in Europe in the order
Albania - Corca

There are many cheap cities in Albania. You can stay in a nicely renovated apartment in Korca for 35 euros for two people, but you can easily find hotels and guest houses at 20-25 euros a night. Korca is not expensive because it is not on the tourist route of Albania due to its distance from Tirana and the beach. It is a beautiful city with great architecture, great restaurants and a huge cafe. It's a young university town, so it's one of the most developed and dynamic cities in Albania.
Lithuania - Vilnius and Kona

The three Baltic countries are among the cheapest countries in Europe, Estonia is one of the most expensive countries, Latvia is one of the cheapest flights and Lithuania is the least expensive on your arrival. Some of the smaller and more remote cities can be very cheap, but with a balance between affordability and things to do. The capital, Kaunas, Vilnius, and the second largest city in Lithuania are among the best options available to you.
Belarus - Minsk and Brest

Belorussia is perhaps the most expensive country on this list. This is one of those places that can be very cheap but sometimes at prices similar to those in Western Europe. I think that the key to the budget of Belarus is to avoid modern cafés and traditional restaurants, to avoid hotels by staying in an apartment and to use public transport to navigate.
Hungary - DEBRECEN & PECS

Hungary is one of the cheapest countries in Europe thanks to its numerous air options and low-cost lunches. You can choose the cheap cities in Hungary and enjoy these free things you can do in Budapest, but in general, I recommend Szeged and Pecs for breathtaking architecture, old cities, Gyor and Debrecen for a strange character and prices low.
MOLDOVA - CHISINAU & TIRASPOL

If you are looking for a different destination, a country that most people have never visited, Moldova is the place to go. Moldova is not a popular tourist destination, but the capital, Chisinau, is more intriguing than anything else, but it's fun to go somewhere like nowhere else in Europe. I managed to do some jogging but there is an interesting architecture and old-fashioned buses that allow to see the city cheaply.
POLAND - WROCLAW & GDANSK

Poland is not cheap as it was and I'm sure the locals do not feel at all expensive. But far from the most famous tourist cities such as Warsaw and Krakow, Poland still enjoys low prices. Cheap airlines make Poland one of the most accessible destinations in Europe for budget travelers. Airbus, Norwegian, Eurowings and Baltic Airlines serve all of Poland. So, even if you want to go to one of the most expensive cities in Poland, it will not cost you much.
North Macedonia - Skopje and Oreid

It's easy to be the cheapest country in the Balkans. Scobby is strange and wonderful but certainly not for everyone. It's a little boring if you are not particularly interested in this unique brutal architecture. Expect to pay 30 euros for a cheap apartment and 5 euros for a meal.
SLOVAKIA - BRATISLAVA & KOSICE

At the top end In terms of budget, Slovakia remains one of the cheapest countries in Central Europe. Bratislava can be more expensive if you want it, there are many luxury hotels and cafes. But there are also cheaper options. If you do not mind staying a little further from the city center and are happy to eat in budget restaurants or street restaurants, Bratislava is much cheaper than Vienna and Prague.
BULGARIA - SOFIA & PLOVD

There are many places on the list of people traveling to Bulgaria: Plovdiv, Rila Monastery, Veliko Tarnovo and of course Sofia. They are all easy to access and inexpensive to visit. The whole apartments in Sofia go to 15 euros a night and we are talking about very nice apartments. It's crazy how cheap it is in Bulgaria. Book a flight with Wiessee or Norwegian or Baltic Airlines if you wish to visit Bulgaria.
UKRAINE - KIEV & LVIV

The cheapest country of. But all those who went to Ukraine, all that I read and all my traveling friends, confirm that Ukraine is by far the cheapest country you visit in Europe.
